@cforput it's not really a "recipe", it's just the ingredients I mentioned, chopped up, and stirfried in a pan with a spoonful of ground fresh ginger and some coconut secret aminos 😋

I had p.f. chang's chicken lo mein for lunch and it was a bite bitter. I love Chinese food, but their sweet n sour chicken is better.
