Boy was yesterday crazy. Unfortunately I stepped on the scale after a day of no real determined exercise. I ate Subway for dinner... again. I was busy but not extremely busy. The weight was up but perhaps that can be explaned somehow. Tonight is crazy as well as I have grocery shopping to get accomplished after stacking wood in the basement. That will have to be my exercise tonight. Stacking wood and going up and down bilco steps are quite a workout. I'm also trying to figure out what to plan for weekend meals. I have ideas but nothing concrete. Happy Friday everyone.
