I've been doing better about getting more activity, but not where I wanna be. Consider "growwithjo" on YouTube? Get back into yoga. More desk elliptical (which is an outside only thing right now lol).
On top of that I'm just trying to reduce. From the days I track calories, I don't think I'm doing ENOUGH reducing, so I'mma try harder.
Just a little less. Just 1/4 or 1/3 less. Like today, I did get the cookies, but I ate 2 instead of 3. That's 150 calories less than I would usually have eaten.
Yesterday, we had Wendy's and I was more calorie conscious in my choice of meal. I'm doing a lot of the right things, but maybe just not quite enough of it all. More activity and just slightly less food. It will add up. That's the goal!
