Last night's Body Combat launch was a huge success! I think I gave them really great, high-energy workout - oh how I love teaching! After the class, I resisted the little voice telling me how I was tired from teaching and should go home - and in stead stayed for another 45 minutes of chest and back. I was struggling to bench press 3 sets of 6, on just 65 lbs. And this girl in the weight room was benching, like 135 lbs!!!! WTF! No, actually, what a motivation! I have a long way to go to build my chest strength up!

I haven't had the time to prepare healthy meals and snacks for today. I only have 1 meal and 1 snack packed. Hmm...what else can I pack, so I won't get tempted to eat out for lunch today? I'd better go search my pantry one more time.
