Hey all. It's been a long time since I've posted; perhaps you don't know who I am :P

There’s 11 months and close to 50 lbs / 23 kg difference between the photos. What strikes me about the left is how exhausted I look. Probably pandemic misery and crappy sleep. (The dude on the right got up before dawn to work out :D)

It's been a year of slow progress, and I’ll need more years to hit my goal. Phase one was about atonement and phase two will be about building more strength and speed. So the work doesn't end but I’m looking forward to it being about pure athleticism.

It's been a lot of sheet pan meals lately, but maybe I'll post some food pics again, or maybe just lurk. Either way, you all keep crushing it and I'll see you once I can deadlift a couple of myself.
