Joined the Summer Isn't Over Yet - At Least 10 pds to Lose???. Challenge today. I started out at 193 and I really think that 165 is my realistic Goal for now.
I am at 177 now so I have 12 lbs to lose by the end of the summer!
I travel a lot so this really is a challenge!
