I am 48 year old "business travelling guy". My wife is very supportive and I have three great kids.. 1 boy 2 girls. I am trying to get down to a "lifetime" managable weight that doesn't kill my knees. I have realized that I have to "recondition" my eating habits or I will be doomed to being obese.

Update Feb 13th - Then I gained it all back. Trying all over again!
