It’s been a great week. Can’t believe I’m a week into this app and really logging my food. It’s been enlightening, that’s for sure. So proud of myself for going out to Chinese buffet twice… only getting veggies and a little bit of shrimp and non breaded chicken. Thankful for this app and everyone’s stories. Otb- it’s tough for sure! Only saving grace is my stomach has shrunk. Just eating slower has been a blessing.
