Slowly started working out again, since I've been off the wagon for over a month. NOT GOOD. I shouldn't have quit. Now I'm back to being heavier than I was the last time I weighed in. I don't even want to weigh myself right now. I started with 10 minutes on the treadmill...modified HIIT training bec. I have no idea where to start with that. Anyone have advice/suggestions. Someone suggested I tried HIIT, but I don't know how to start. After treadmill, I did 2 sets of 5 full pushups; pulls on my exercise bands (2 sets of 15); 1 set of bicep curls (10). Not very good, but I'll try and do better tomorrow.
