Bad me. Rushing around yesterday, I grabbed the wrong bread and quickly made sandwiches for todays lunches for me and my boys. Problem was, I had whole wheat flatbread sitting there and italian bread. I made the sandwich with the italian bread without even thinking of the flatbread. Ahh. I don't waste food! Kids are starving in Africa. The result is I had more carbs than I wanted or planned for. I ate a full banana this morning instead of a 3rd. I reckon I'll live. Baseball practice tonight will cover it..... I think.
