My accomplishment today is instead of eating heavier dinner which would have made my daily calories way over, I had simple special k cereal, low fat milk, and whey protein powder. Since I had a super workout teaching Combat class tonight, I feel like I am ahead of the game. I did weigh tonight at 153...but I refuse to take that! I will weigh myself tomorrow morning - hopefully it will go down tonight. My goal for tomorrow is doing early AM cardio, then doing weight training in the evening - I already packed my gym bag for tomorrow morning - I'd better NOT touch snooze button tomorrow morning!
