On holiday at the in-laws. They are feeding us too well. Lol. I may weigh in at 10 or 15 pounds heavier when I get home and back to my scale. Freshly baked cookies every day, ice cream, cakes. but the real issue for me is all the potatoes. Sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes and gravy, baked potatoes, tater tots, and everything slathered in butter. And the stuffing, and the burgers. Took us to the Olive Garden and now we're off to taco Tuesday again for the best local tacos, then tonight for dinner out to eat with friends at some place that does a trivia game during the meal.
I'm not getting thinner over this Yuletide season.

Are you actually hungry when mealtime comes around? A lot of times we're programmed to eat just because it's time, not because our stomachs are growling. Same goes with snacking. And wandering into the kitchen to graze. No hunger, just opportunity. Salads are available in all restaurants, as is water.
