So I see nothing after the yogurt LOL Are you doing the induction phase or right into OWL? Even if the first day didn't go well just try again...sometimes I just focus on getting through each mealtime and then suddenly it is evening1 If I feel like snacking I will then take and bath and go to bead and Viola! the day is done.
