Well, I am surprised I gained this past week.....HOWEVER, I did not have any exercise like I had planned, class was cancelled due to cold temperatures........ I did track all food, but somehow messed up........I had have a Birthday event and we ate out twice and in twice to celebrate, but I did not eat any dessert......OH well,
this week I WILL LOSE IT.......thanks for reading and any support.....
