It's sunny today...and, not windy. Not something we can count on here on the wet coast. I will glory in it and get out for a walk. Views are amazing with fresh snow covered peaks. I'm putting myself in gear and going onto my vibration machine. I always feel better when I talk myself into it. It's even scientific, to get lymph system draining and shaking relaxes body and reduces stress, endorphins increase. There's my motivational talk from me to me.
Antibiotics have me constipated etc. Curing infection, scrambling my microbiome and kicking IBS into gear. I've worked very hard to straighten that out. I will get there again. Hitting homemade kombucha, chlorella, probiotics and enzymes. Health and energy will happen.
