I'm still trying to stick with phase 1, but it's tough. I bought this box of multi-grain wheat thins and ended up eating the entire box in 3 days. even "good for you food" can be dangerous! It's that snacking stuff that gets me. Went up 2 pounds today, but I'm determined to eat extra rabbit food and get it off by Easter! I want my dress to hang and not CLING!
