Makes me happy to see the numbers on my scale drop down, it gives me confidence that I am moving in the right direction. It has been helping me to weigh in on Friday's because I can see my progress and not think about getting off track over the weekend. It feels fantastic to know that I am also developing new healthy habits. Thank you Lord for walking this path with me. It is Your grace and love that is sustaining me. Amen.
