Goals: I’m getting closer to my 1st goal which is to lose 50lbs. -35.2 more to get to 180 by Sept 30 -15.2 more by July to be under 200

I'm cheering you on from the sidelines!! Using a TDEE calculator (total daily energy expenditure). Your body burns 1,578 cal just to function 🔥 If you're doing light to moderate exercise, you're burning approx 2,300 cal. So light workouts and a slight cal deficit (maybe try 2,000?) And smash your goals!!! 🤩 *you'll need to adjust down as you reach each goal, but TDEE Calculators are a simple online tool that have certainly helped me over the past few years 😘
