I haven't recorded food or weighed in because life got pretty hectic these past few days: looking after grandbaby at night and some daytime hours, taking an elderly neighbour shopping (5 hours), church work bee...etc. So, pleasantly surprised to see the scales going the right direction. Oh yes, ice cream and goodies at care group on Wednesday. Sometimes I do better because I haven't tallied, and am nervous about going over.
