Haven't journaled much this week because there hasn't been a lot to say...pretty much steady sailing. Today I was down .2 lbs, to 217.2. Tonight, cooking teriyaki chicken and brown rice...laying off the wine, because I do believe it slows my metabolism down just a bit. Still been busy trying to spend time with my friend at the hospital...doesn't look like she's going to get out anytime soon. With all the visits across town to see her, and my child going back to school in a few days, my routine is going to be turned upside down. Time to hold on tight and push through. lol

Your doing a great job...you can do it! I'll be cheering you on from the side line! Congrats on your steady weight loss. Since you know the next couple of days will be shakey....try to plan your meals as much as possible...make them simple and easy. This will help you.

Yes ... watch yourself as your routine changes. Changes is my routine sometimes trip me up for a bit!! Just keep plugging along ... you are doing fine.

Thanks everyone. Yeah, changes in routine can be tricky. I think I'm prepared for it...much as I can be.
