Haven't journaled much this week because there hasn't been a lot to say...pretty much steady sailing. Today I was down .2 lbs, to 217.2. Tonight, cooking teriyaki chicken and brown rice...laying off the wine, because I do believe it slows my metabolism down just a bit. Still been busy trying to spend time with my friend at the hospital...doesn't look like she's going to get out anytime soon. With all the visits across town to see her, and my child going back to school in a few days, my routine is going to be turned upside down. Time to hold on tight and push through. lol
