Bad news. Eating oatmeal, plain rolled oats, no sugar added, along with coffee sweetened with honey two times, spiked my blood sugar from 97 fasting to 202 at 50 minutes after meal finish.
Rode my exercise bike 46 minutes burning 7.4 cpm and the sugar dropped to 86, the bonk. No more oatmeal or honey.
