I know it’s only 4Lbs down but progress is progress. If I just keep up with the calorie restrictions. I WILL reach my goals. I’m sick of looking in the mirror and thinking I absolutely HATE what I see. I can’t wait to be proud of myself.

4 pounds lost is a very big deal and great progress.
I know it's hard to wait for results to happen. Looking for NSVs can be a great way to celebrate your progress as well, like inches lost, or a smaller clothing size, etc.
Sometimes we forget that the number on the scale isn't the only thing that matters.
