Thank you all. Every time I go through these ups n downs I learn something new and make adjustments that I can maintain as part of a life style.
A heavy gym session for me is lifting weights superset for 45 min, 15-30 min cardio and cooldown. The weights vary depending on what body part is being worked. Heavy is a personal definition. My heavy is someone else’s warm up.

You are successful because you are learning and adapting. The last few lbs are the hardest, but also the least important, because you look healthy and happy where you are now. Great job!!!

A lifting session like that is the ultimate cardiovascular workout since the function of the cardiovascular system is to provide oxygen ( via blood ) to muscles. when you say 'cardio' do you mean something else?

I add additional cardio 2-3 days a week; run, elliptical, star master, swimming etc.
I gained a good 20lb the past 18 months due to stress that brought on eating and drinking too much along with hip injury that prevented me from my regular gym flow. Or at least that was my excuse 😄
I’ve severely restricted my cals the past 4 months and now need to figure out my new flow and recomp this fluff to 💪🏻🍑🦵. Which I know 100% how to. It’s just a lot of hard work 🤣
But it was even harder being almost 210lb. So I really need to choose my hard once and for all this time.
