So I want to hold myself accountable. I am very ashamed of how I look right now. I have lost 8 pounds. But my ultimate goal is to look really great in this bikini.

You are shaped just like me! Except you have beautiful smooth skin. Youve got this! My best advice is try to love yourself as you go. It’s frustrating and sad when you are so tied to your weight. I did much better once I started to find things about myself I liked. I went from an 18 to an 8.
