As you can see I haven't been very good about following the plan and journaling. I am starting anew hopefully this time to be successful. My office has started a greatest loser challenge and I am going to try my best to keep up with everyone else. They will be doing more aerobic type exercises at work but my knees won't be able to handle it so I'm going to do my own thing while they exercise.

Good to see you returning with determination and a goal. I hope you find the challenge at work helps you to get going. I also have knee problems, so,I have been swimming as physio. Its toned up my arms and abs, but the muscle is hidden under a layer of flab...... I have also dabbled with chair yoga and resistance bands. :) x
