when I started dieting, a couple of weeks before I joined FS, I was 216lbs/15st 6lbs. I weighed in today at 179.8lbs/12st 11lbs. Under 13 stone for the 1st time in nearly 20 years! I am so happy, over half way to my goal now.

Thank you ☺ definitely feeling better for it, which is just as well seeing as the boss has been giving untold interviews to the world's media over the last 2 weeks and work is absolutely mental right now and looking like I'm going to have to go back to field work
