Next month I have my endocrinologist appointment to find out if I have PCOS. Hopefully I find out at that appointment. Until then I'm just aiming for a slow weight loss. I don't want to do anything too extreme until I understand what's going on with my body. If I do have it I was thinking about trying smoo. Maybe even if I don't I might try smoo. I have high testosterone levels and I believe that's supposed to help lower it.
