Very excited to say that Day 1 of my "Get My Ass In Gear" attempt was a big success!! Fat Secret is going to become my online bible. It made everything so easy!
They set my calorie intake at 2200, which I changed to 1500. I felt like if I had a bunch of calories to spare I would fill it with crap I didnt need. I was able to finish the day with 32 calories to spare! Wooo Hooo!
(This is huge for me as I will make EVERYTHING an excuse to eat something.)
I worked out a little. Not as much as I would have liked but enough that I am able to feel the burn in my legs from all the squats I did. I welcome that sort of pain with a wide open door!!

Im super motivated with how easy Day 1 was. Here's hoping days 2 - 134687641437 are just as rewarding! :)
