problem with the place I am in is the salt content is way to high. I'm on diuretics to get the bloating off and yet the my sodium here is 2300-3500mg a day. On a low sodium diet 500-1200mg a day the lasix works.

You are doing well - lunch meats (slice turkey from the deli) and condiments (ketchup and mustard) have all the sodium though...you will eventually tweak it to suit your needs.

unfortunately where i am at has little alternatives...vegs and fruit ftom cans i don't take....and I have elminate the non-complex carbs (except for special occasions)... like white bread, pasta, rice, corn, peas, rolls, crackers, potatoes.....

yea it's tough... today I had only 1320cals but 1850mg of sodium...
