I am so excited for the new year! I have 41 lbs. to lose to get to my goal and with 1 lb/week I can reach my goal by the middle of October. I think this is totally doable. When I started this journey in November 2021, I didn't think my goal was reachable. I have lost 120 lbs so far and I feel so much younger and have so much more energy.
I just joined a local fitness center so I won't have any excuses for not getting exercise when the winter weather is bad! In general, I'm just eliminating the excuses I used to fall back on.
My new motto: "Healthier than ever before in 2024!"
