Weight up. Guess I shouldn't have had the fried Blueberry pie yesterday at Mcdonalds after all ;-)
This morning breakfast was pork carnitas, refried beans and a fried banana sliced up. I feel a little decadent at the moment.
Rode the exercise bike 30 minutes, 4.8 miles burning 204.7 calories.
Heading out to the Ozarks driving about 11 pm tonight, hoping to get through the Arizona and New Mexico possible snow locations before Tuesday night when bad weather may roll in.
I will be back around the 18th and will not be able to ride the bike or weigh in. My premise in my e-book is about to be tested- to maintain weight loss requires diet and an aerobic exercise component.
