Hasn’t been great this past week, got a stomach bug on Saturday then ate crackers, pretzels and bread and coke for a couple days. Couldn’t exercise obviously…My appetite came back on Valentine’s Day and yesterday and had two cupcakes and craved all sorts of things… today is better, I managed a short run, I’m back to being healthy to avoid catching the impel flu that had entered the house through my 4 year old daughter… braving myself and hoping not to catch this too😔
