Lots of positives this week. I’m so proud of myself for making my Mother’s Day carrot cake last for 6 days! 259 calories a slice (Sainsbury’s). I had it with Skyr coconut yoghurt and lots of strawberries accompanied by a little Prosecco and it was delicious. I’m amazed at my self control. May the force be with you 🙏😂🤞
