I was not surprised to weigh 150#, but I feel I have been trying very hard to stay in the calorie limits, so I felt disappointed that my weight hasn't changed. I teetered at this weight all last month and I think what might disappoint me most is that I think I first reached this weight two months ago. Maybe my memory is wrong. I just feel impatient to see a weight loss. I am grateful for ask the good I've eaten, for all I have, and for being a lot closer to a healthy weight when I started.
