well I have been pretty good between Christmas and now, I had some wine at new year, bit apart from that, I have stuck with it. today's weigh ibis an average of the last 3 days, as yesterday was sa fast day, so kind of a false reading. I plan to stick rigidly now until goal, as I only have one more meal out to go and I am uncertain when that will be, so not factoring it in as yet.
I have started doing stretching exercises too, I had not realised how unsupple I had become, so have a small daily routine worked out to try to loosen me up.
