I’ve been looking at the math and it makes no sense to me. 3500 calorie deficit to loose one pound should mean I can only have 700 daily to loose 2 pounds a month
But when I averaged 1090 for 29 days I lost 10.8 and the 3500 concept I should have only lost 7.2
All calories are not equal
But it’s so far off how do I set a daily calorie goal
