Ya gotta start somewhere, right? Jogged just shy of 2 miles at a BLISTERING 15 min/mile pace, LOL. At least I was moving, getting my heart rate up, and I didn't have to take walk breaks. Lots of geese up at the park this year. Also, lots of goose poop

Running 2 miles is nothing to sneeze at, even at a slow pace. Especially when dodging goose poop! I think I can only manage a half mile jog before I take a walk break.

Agnes - it truly surprised me that I didn't have to stop and walk. That's been what's happened in the past. moko and frantras - thanks! rfofah - yeah, geese are problematic a lot of places. The goslings are so dang cute, though! AJRM -- it really is a gem, isn't it? :D

I saw little baby geese following there mother across a busy street and this one car never slowed down or stopped to let them across and ran over the mother and the poor little babies didn't know what to do or wear to go it just broke my heart.
