Thursday 96g kefir 110g yogurt 17g almond butter 3 strawberries 28.5 nuts 28.5 cheese 35g ham
MONDAY June 3 145 g yog 6 strawberries (?) 12 g cheese 35 g almond butter & flax chicken salad serving of sweet pot chips
tues 180g kefir flax muffin and strawberries, prob 28 g almond butter 1 perfect bar chicken and green beans/spinach
Wed 85g kefir salmon half sweet pot flax muffin? 32g cheese
Thurs 170g kefir 140ish g yog 5 strawberries 42g almond butter 3/4 avocado 1 serving siete chips 1 tillamook cheese slice salsa, sour cream
Fri 85 g kefir 1 serving grape nuts 130-140 g yog? 35g almond butter 28 g hummus babas and carrots some rice steak w bacon wrapped half sweet potato Brussels sprouts
