There is no rhyme or reason. I worked out twice last week which was good. I completed a laundry list of things on Saturday and shoveled about 300 lbs. of snow. That was a workout. Why didn't I loose weight? I gained instead. So unfortunate. I'll stick with working out. Perhaps the weight will go down this week.

Losing weight is 80% diet, 20% workout. You just can't exercise away all of the excess calories you eat. Your body also retains water because of salt and carbs.

But that's just it. I try to keep the fats and protein at 50/50 with the carbs. It should be a balanced diet. I try to keep the fats under 50g per day. My chest is chiseling a little bit. I should be loosing a little more. No matter. I'll just keep with it. I may be retaining water but I don't feel sore. I feel only bloated a little bit here and there.

Just stepped on the scale this morning and I was at 250. I'm not eating outside of what I plan.
