Some of you may already know this, but I just found out. In the past month, I was disappointed to have only lost 6 pounds after losing over 10 in the 3 weeks before. However, I got a new scale for Christmas and its one of those that can supposedly measure your Fat/Lean %. In the month since I got it, the historical data shows that I have gained about 5 pounds of Lean mass (I've been exercising). That means I have LOST 11 pounds of FAT in the same amount of time! So it's not just the pounds, but where they come from! Hopefully this can inspire some of you with seemingly slow weight loss.
