It's basically the same pork mixture you would find in a Won Ton, or Pot Sticker.

@ Val_Lily... I use one sheet of rice paper, but some recipes are using 2... I find about 2 out of 10 might spring a leak, but it's not that terrible, once you get the hang of them.
