Having a hard time this week with motivation. I'm trying so hard to get my eating back in check, but it seems like we've been so busy and I'm eating horribly for supper, then snacking in the evening. This weekend probably won't be much better. Then this morning I couldn't get myself out of bed to do my workout because for one my joints ached horribly and the other thing was I had a headache and my sinuses were plugged. Ugh! I just need to suck it up and do the right things, I just don't know why I'm having such a hard time right now.

Your calorie intake looks good from a quick glance at your diary. I like an apple for snacking (cut in thick slices, a bit like onions): it is tasty and makes you feel full. Give it a try one evening. Hope you get better of your joints and sinuses and feel good working out again soon.
