I lost another pound! yay I can’t weight to get out of the 190’s! yesterday was difficult because I was extra hungry in the afternoon. So I am finding that when I am legitimately hungry i will eat! The big difference is eating when you’re actually hungry rather than eating to soothe stress. My Biggest eating issue is self sabotage, frustration and stress. I find that when i weigh everything it helps tremendously. When I first measured my pasta I was shocked at how little 1/4 cup dry pasta yields. But now I mix frozen veges in and I completely fill the bowl and pour sauce and gouda cheese over it and i don’t even feel deprived because i still get to eat pasta! I am so close 2 more pounds to 189 and it’s the weekend so I hope I don’t mess it up!
