I felt off this week (after drinking a lot alcohol on my daughters birthday) and I knew it was going to be a bad weight in week. my appetite was back, and I wanted to snack a lot - too things that NEVER happen when I am doing things the right way. I am back on track and feeling closer to normal so hopefully this all evens out next week :)
