Slow and steady. Down 8 inches around the waist this year, but barely a single shirt size. Biggest improvement is my asthma. Haven't had to use an inhaler in weeks after needing them daily my entire life.

that's awesome!! I understand the struggle with asthma! first asthma attack I ever had the I'll never forget how the PE teacher said to "just run through it and stop being dramatic"
