Going nowhere for the past month. Same plateau that caused me to give up on calorie counting 2 years ago... I put on 10kgs and am now back to where I was, going through the same struggle again... it's not that I'll give up again, it's just tough to get through mentally - after all the sacrifice, commitment, and effort you want to see results 😫
