What the 3 hour diet is that every 3 hours you eat. Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner, Treats. You keep your metabolism revved up. I don't fee hungry and I feel very satisfied. An example is:
Breakfast: Flax muffin (recipe is in the book), egg, 2 chicken sausages, tea, water
Snack: 10 almonds
Lunch: Grilled chicken on a salad of cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, blue cheese dressing, shredded cheese
Snack: String cheese, 6 almonds
Dinner: Salmon cake, kale (or chicken, burger, etc.)
Treats: 2 glasses of wine (you can very all of this according to the allowed foods in the book
My first week. I felt full because I don't usually eat breakfast for snacks. My energy is up. Today I had a Teriyaki Steak and broccoli for lunch. You are allowed 100 Sugar Calories a day. So I am picky about what I eat for that.
and of course drink Lots of Water.......
