I am still losing weight. This phase is lasting longer than normal. I even cheated the other night and had a small bowl of ice cream. Now that summer is over I'm having a hard time drinking enough water. I want something warm, not cold. But, I know my liver needs it, so I make myself drink water.

I should reset my fatsecret goal. I just love seeing that blue line. I am already six pounds lower than that goal - and I want to get to about 35...but I just don't have the heart to look at that red line again. It takes so long for it to change. Months!

It took me from last Feb till now to lose 6 - 8 lb. Of course, I didn't try very hard, not like last year. So I've made a decision to suit me. I'll leave the 'goal' at 150. When I get down to 140 and have only 5lb to lose.

By then I may figure that my body can drop to 130. I won't know until I see what my BMI is at 135.

I hit one milestone this week - I am officially into a size 9 jean. Yes, I bought the stretchy kind, but they are comfortable, not tight. My next goal will be size nine normal - or even junior. To achieve that I need to lose more weight on my thights. Or, at least tone them.
