Wait until your shoe size changes because that can happen too. And weirdly, sometimes a food sensitivity can cause a body to retain inches in various areas, like upper arms. There is so much we don't know yet about the human body! I like that your doctor has you reducing carbs to manage your diabetes as you lose weight. Sounds like you got a good one there!

Not this time, so far, but last time I went down from 17st to 13st I dropped a shoe size.

Awesome!!! I've had mine re sized down twice since July ;-) the sales ass. Was amazed when she saw me the last time. Gotta love that feeling. Keep up the great work!
