Well it cleared off enough yesterday that your rescue group was able to do the bucket brigade. I made sure I ate a healthy breakfast before going and had a back up plan for lunch.
I was happy that I stayed on track. thickening before church i made myself an oatmeal crepe. so easy but it really stays with you. 1 whole egg 2 egg whites. be at thoroughly 1/2 cup quick oats. cinnamon 2 pkg sweetener water music well and pour into nonstick pan with cooking spray. cool until firm enough to flip and finish cooking. I sprinkle with more cinnamon and packet or two sweetener. looking forward to weighing in tomorrow.
